What campaigns are in effect?

AT RIBRUDI WE HAVE SEVERAL CAMPAIGNS TO OFFER YOU:

Free shipping on purchases over €49.99.

Except for items with large dimensions and/or weight.

All items that are not eligible for free shipping are duly identified.

Orders that, due to a system error, combine items from different campaigns and indicate free shipping will be cancelled.

Free shipping must be activated at the time of purchase.

What items are not eligible for free shipping?

We have some items that, due to size and weight, make it impossible to offer delivery and may depend on several factors:

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PROMOTIONAL CODES (DISCOUNT):

When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotion code entitles the User to a promotion/discount relating to the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.

Promotional codes can only be used for online purchases made on the website. The sale, exchange or donation of a promotional code is not permitted. The customer holding the promotional code may not upload or make a promotional code available on any website or other public form of offer, donation, sale or exchange. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.

The promotion code is connected with Ribrudi. The use of the promotional code in connection with another brand, company or name is not permitted. The use of the promotional code in an illegal, abusive or disrespectful manner, as well as in any other way that could harm Ribrudi's reputation, is also not permitted. The use of the promotional code is only subject to one use per order.

Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers. Promotional codes are not exchangeable/exchangeable for money. Ribrudi has no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes. However, if Ribrudi decides to reissue or refund a promotional code, you will need to have access to the initial promotional code. To do this, you must keep a copy of your promotional code, otherwise it cannot be reissued or replaced if lost.

In cases where Ribrudi reissues/refunds the promotional code, the discount for that amount can only be applied to a purchase of a value equal to or greater than the purchase in which the discount/promotional code was issued. Without prejudice to any other rights, Ribrudi may have/has the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code, if Ribrudi has reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used: in violation of the aforementioned assumptions, by usurpation or in other cases where Ribrudi has reasons to do so.
