TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Related to the Ribrudi Online Store
1 - COMMERCIAL POLICY
The seller, Ribrudi, has products for sale on the website ribrudi.com.pt, and “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to end users/ “consumers”.
“Consumer” indicates the individual who operates/purchases outside their business or profession.
Ribrudi reserves the right not to process, on the ribrudi.com.pt website, orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those that do not comply with the general sales conditions. These general conditions and terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on ribrudi.com.pt between consumers of the Ribrudi online store (ribrudi.com.pt) and the seller.
The “Consumer” must provide the “Seller” with an email address, or data relating to another form of contact, that are correct and complete and accepts that the “Seller” can contact him using these details, if he deems it necessary. Ribrudi reserves the right to change these sales conditions without prior notice.
2 - ORDER
To order at ribrudi.com.pt the user must have an email account.
• Placing an order in the Ribrudi online store is easy;
• Find the products you want to purchase;
• Add the selected products to the Cart;
• Complete the purchase;
• Select the payment option;
• Review your order;
• Proceed to payment and confirm the order;
• You will receive an order confirmation by email;
Your order is confirmed when you select the “Confirm Payment” (Checkout) button at the end of the purchase process. When Ribrudi receives your order, a message will appear on your screen with your order number and all its details. The purchase agreement is finalized at that time.
An order confirmation is sent to your email. We suggest that you print or download this copy for future reference.
We reserve the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it even after automatic confirmation.
By sending the order form, you accept the general purchase conditions, as well as other conditions existing on Ribriudi.com.pt, through Links, including the general conditions and terms of use.
The Seller may not process orders that do not have a sufficient guarantee of good collection; when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products ordered are no longer available. In the aforementioned cases, we will inform you by email that the sales contract was not concluded and that the seller did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
If the products presented in the online store (Ribrudi.com.pt) are no longer available at the time of your last access or when the seller receives the order, the seller must inform you of their unavailability within 14 days after receiving the order. order.
If an order has been placed and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, the seller will refund the money paid using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase
Ribrudi reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), (among others) in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
• The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded);
• Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
• The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within 5 days after accepting your order;
• If we think you are under 18;
• If we think you are a reseller;
• Unable to deliver to the address provided.
Data verification
After receiving the order, we can carry out some checks on it before preparing it.
These checks may include address checking, credibility checking and fraud checking. Regarding fraud checking, we perform partially automated checks on all orders to filter out transactions that are unusual, suspicious or identified as susceptible to fraud.
Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. By confirming your order, you agree to these conditions.
3 - GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION
Payment methods
You can find the payment methods available in the Help/FAQ’s section of the website. We do not accept any other payment methods other than those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any other means than specified. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise therefrom.
4 - ORDER SECURITY
The Ribrudi.com.pt store uses encryption security technology.
Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the internet or via email cannot be guaranteed.
Ribrudi cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including, but not limited to, recurring damages resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.
If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference, we will begin processing the order after we have received payment. This may take several days. Once 3 calendar days have passed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, Ribrudi has the right to cancel the order.
Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for billing can be verified.
5 - PROPERTY RESERVATION
Ribrudi retains ownership of the company's products until it has received full payment for all such products.
6 - PRICES
The prices of products displayed on the website contain Added Value (VAT). Shipping fees apply per order. The exact shipping price will depend on the total value of your order. For additional information about shipping fees, see the Help/FAQ’s section of the website.
Prices are all quoted in euros.
Your total price
The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted upon order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please only pay the exact amount specified in your order confirmation and make individual payments per order.
Price change
The prices of products presented on the website are subject to change. Ribrudi reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
Pricing errors
Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on the website contains errors. Ribrudi is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order if such an error occurs.
7 - QUALITY AND GUARANTEE
Ribrudi does not sell defective products or products of lower quality than existing market standards. The main characteristics of each product shown on Ribrudi.com.pt can be found on each respective product page.
The products offered for sale on Ribrudi.com.pt may not correspond exactly to the actual appearance in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitors used.
8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery wherever and whenever
We deliver products from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only deliver an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in mainland Portugal and the islands.
To receive your order, you will need to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options. The carrier responsible for delivering your order will only inform you via email or SMS about the time period in which the order will be delivered. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, periods of epidemics or in cases of stock outages.
A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Delivery times
If you confirm your order on a business day before 12pm and pay by Credit Card or via Paypal, your order will be sent on the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days), with a delivery time 24 to 72 hours from the moment the order is shipped. If you choose to pay by ATM reference, shipping is less efficient, as we will only ship after we receive payment.
This may take between 3 and 10 business days.
Ribrudi will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delay in compliance, with any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
We will attempt to deliver on time to the extent commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always proceed this way, however we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Partial Deliveries
Whenever possible, we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we have the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.
Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Ribrudi will reimburse the amounts paid for the order and transportation, as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
Any complaint about non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of placing the order. After this period, Ribrudi cannot be held responsible for the loss of the item.
9 - SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on whether it refers to mainland Portugal or Portugal Islands. For more details on shipping prices by country, please see the Shipping and Delivery menu on the website.
10 - RETURNS
Order cancellation before shipping
You can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do this, you must contact us via email loja.online@ribrudi.com.pt indicating the order number, the product reference and the reasons for cancellation.
If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified via email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.
If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the Customer who, if they intend to cancel the order, must receive them and proceed with the order return process. The associated costs will be assumed by the customer. This will apply in all cases, including orders placed during the free shipping promotion, and the respective return cost will be the equivalent of shipping costs without applicable discounts or promotions. In any case, after your communication, our services will contact you. The refund will be made using the same payment method through which you made the purchase (if the customer makes the payment using an ATM reference, they must provide their bank details to our customer support when starting the return process) .
Return of defective products
The Customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered.
If you receive a product that is defective, or is missing parts, proceed in one of the following ways: go to our physical store or communicate with us via the contact form or via email loja.online@ribrudi.com.pt at a within 14 days from receipt of the order. In both cases, you will have to explain the incidence and must have your invoice and product reference with you. After your contact, and if your complaint is justified, our services will evaluate the case and determine whether there will be a replacement of the product, replacement of parts or another type of solution.
Please note that it will not be possible to process the return if the damaged product has been fully or partially assembled, altered and/or used. In this case, only missing parts will be replaced or those that are defective will be replaced.
If Ribrudi authorizes the return of the item, it must be returned in its original packaging and with all existing parts. If the customer uses another type of packaging that does not guarantee the perfect condition of the product during transportation, our services reserve the right not to carry out the return.
In cases where the merchandise has a manufacturing defect, the transportation cost for returning the merchandise is covered by Ribrudi. The refund, when applicable, will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Ribrudi having a period of up to 14 days to do so, from the moment it receives the returned items. The refund is made using the same payment method through which the purchase was made (if the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, they must provide their bank details to our customer support when starting the return process ). Please note that the deposit may take a while to be visible in your bank account, which depends on the payment method.
Return of products due to withdrawal (Free resolution)
In accordance with article 10 of DL nº24/2014 of February 14, if the customer verifies that the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt, without needing to give a reason.
However, returns are not accepted for: any product that has been fully or partially assembled, altered and/or used; some types of products, such as products/small appliances considered personal hygiene, custom-made projects or special customer requests.
For a Free Resolution return, the item must remain in its original packaging and retain all accessories and instructions for use attached to the product.
The return can be made through our physical store (presenting the invoice and an identification document (citizen card), or through the online store by contacting us using the contact form on our website or sending an email to loja.online@ribrudi .com.pt. It is important to always attach a copy of the invoice and also photos that prove that the item has not been assembled and is intact, as well as its packaging.
Subsequently, our services will contact you to decide the procedure for terminating the purchase contract.

Exchange of products or sizes
To exchange one item for another or to change sizes, you must do so within 14 days of the invoice date. The return costs will always be borne by the customer (even if the order may have been placed during the free shipping promotion period. In other words, the return cost will be the equivalent of the shipping costs without applicable discounts or promotions. You must do so do so by going to the physical store or contacting us via our contact form or via email loja.online@ribrudi.com.pt.
Return/Exchange for shipping damage
When receiving the product(s), always ensure that the packaging and the general condition of the item are in perfect condition. If you notice that something is damaged, you can refuse delivery or, upon accepting it, make a mandatory note on the carrier's merchandise receipt document of the evidence found, under penalty of Ribrudi not accepting the claim afterwards. It is extremely important that you mention any facts in this receipt document, also to safeguard any possible claim, as only then will the carrier be able to activate the transport insurance.
We emphasize that Ribrudi and/or partner companies (transporters) do not carry out assembly/installation/wall fixing services, that is, this responsibility lies with the owners of the property or space, as well as the consequences arising therefrom.
If you wish to make a claim for damage to the item caused by transport, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt to do so. After this period of time, Ribrudi is not responsible for any damages that may have resulted from transportation.
After evaluating the case, our services will contact you to determine whether there will be a replacement of the product, a refund or another type of solution. The refund, when applicable, will be made after validation of compliance with the conditions described above, with Ribrudi having a period of up to 14 days to do so, from the moment it receives the returned items. The refund is made using the same payment method through which the purchase was made (if the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, they must provide their bank details to our customer support when starting the return process) . Note: The exchange and returns policy differs from that in the physical store. In addition to deferring the return period, in the physical store the amount related to the return is credited to the customer's account, which can be used for a future purchase.
