When does the shipping process start?
The order shipping process will begin after confirmation of good payment for the respective order.
How is shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is calculated by the total weight of the items ordered.

What is the delivery time?
THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (EXCEPT FOR REASONS OF FORCE MAJEURE) ARE:
— Portugal (Continental): standard delivery between 24 hours and 7 working days.
— Portugal (Autonomous Regions): standard delivery between 7 and 10 working days.
Estimated delivery times are valid after confirmation of good payment for orders.
The time period for different delivery methods are estimated and start counting from the moment payment is received.
For islands, the order delivery time may be longer, taking into account that it is done by sea transport.
*The delivery time for items that are not available in the warehouse will vary according to the supplier's availability.
*In special promotions such as sales and/or free shipping, there may be delays in leaving orders from our warehouses.
How can I track my order?
When the order is shipped, the carrier informs the customer via SMS or email.
The carrier will deliver the order to the address selected by the customer.

As soon as you receive your order, we advise you to check it before signing the form with the courier.
Can I collect my order in store?
Store Pickup
You can pick up your order in our physical store.
Just enter "Collection in store" as your shipping method.
In this case, the order will not have any associated shipping cost.
When the order is available for collection, you will receive an email or SMS with this information within 1 to 5 business days.
To receive your order, the customer must present the purchase slip with the respective order number.
The order will be available for collection in store for 15 days, counting from receipt of the notice (e-mail or SMS).
DPD Pick Up
You can also pick up at any DPD Pick Up point and pick up in a space that is more convenient.
DPD Pick Up deliveries have a limit of 10KG and are available for collection during 5 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Any item purchased from the Ribrudi online store that does not completely satisfy the customer may be returned as long as it has not been used and is in perfect condition (the product must be complete and in its original packaging) within a maximum period of 14 days, from order delivery date.
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, simply do not receive it. The order will then return to our Headquarters. Upon receipt, the refund process will begin.
In cases where cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return process is accepted, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, thus excluding the value of shipping costs.
The customer must always keep proof of shipping as, until we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, the responsibility lies with the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transportation to our warehouse.
The conditions mentioned above must be respected so that Ribrudi can reimburse the payment.
Reimbursement of the item(s) will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of receipt. The date on which the transferred amount will be available in the customer's account depends on the customer's banking institution.
How can I make a return?
1 — Log in and access your customer area in My account > Orders;
2 — Select the respective order and click the Return button;
3 — Pack the item(s) in a properly closed packaging and attach the return slip and the respective original invoice;
4 — Return the item(s) in one of the following ways:
- Go to the Ribrudi physical store, with the return slip and the original invoice (You can present it on your cell phone).
- You can send the product to our warehouse, attaching the return slip and the original invoice, using the means of transport you prefer (shipping costs borne by the customer) to our warehouse address: Rua do Progresso 2 and 3, Zona Industrial of Vilarinho das Cambas, 4760-762 Vila Nova de Famalicão.
